Meet Meg Charles
Meg Charles is a strategist, corporate lawyer, angel investor, and bridge builder who helps leaders translate insight into action and align who they are with the value they create in the world. Her career spans Big Law, high-growth startups, and mission-driven leadership. She began her professional journey advising telecommunications startups at a major law firm, where her entrepreneurial instincts and strategic insight propelled her to Equity Partner just seven years out of law school.
Working closely with founders and leadership teams, Meg became known for helping translate bold ideas into operating companies with momentum and impact. That focus on real-world value creation led her into leadership roles inside companies and mission-driven organizations, where she developed a reputation for navigating complexity with candor and clarity.
An angel investor in disruptive technology ventures, Meg is also the creator of the Personal Equity Framework, a model that helps individuals align their natural attributes with skills, knowledge, and social capital to unlock their highest potential. She is currently writing a book on Personal Equity and developing an online course to make the framework accessible to a global audience.
